If you count my Grandfather and Father, since the 1930"s. Personally, I opened my first location in 1983.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in the restoration of fine shoes and boots. We also repair purses, shorten belts, repair zippers and many other repairs. Visit our website for more information. We also sell fine Men's dress and casual shoes. Most are American made.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Family trade since the 1930's
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer the best quality materials available world wide. We are a leader in our industry serving on the industries trade organization, Shoe Service Institute of America as a board of director for 6 years. We attend yearly trade shows and even travel to Germany for the largest trade show which occurs every 3 years. We find new products an make them available to our customers. If you are buying high end quality shoes or boots, you will appreciate the quality and craftsmanship we provide.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
4 Locations and no plans to expand.

We are open Tuesday - Friday 8am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 4pm Closed Sunday and Mondays
